AI Scope intervention - AI & law for marketing professionals.

Semji, a professional in the marketing sector, organized on 8 and 9 April 2025 a major event called “AI SCOPE” dedicated to addressing the subject of generative AI for marketing professionals. Seventeen online conferences were viewed by more than five thousand participants eager to discuss innovations and strategies for effectively integrating AI into their processes and activities.
Me Betty Jeulin and Me Chomiac from Sas answered topics related to artificial intelligence law for 45 minutes. In particular, they answered the following questions:
- Is it possible to use generative AI tools in creating marketing content and if so, what legal precautions are required?
- Is it possible to use deepfakes or digital duplicates in marketing content and if so, under what legal conditions?
- Who owns the copyright on AI-generated creations? Is it the AI, the provider of the AI, or the person who uses it?
- Choice of generative AI tools, what clauses should you check in the terms of use of generative AI tools?
- If a commercial chatbot is set up, who is responsible for AI errors?
