Keynote - Illustrated legal issues: generative AI, intellectual property, and image rights.

During this intervention (keynote format), Me Betty Jeulin presented concrete cases of legal issues related to the use of generative AI systems. (i) Concrete cases illustrating the legal issues concerning training data. (inputs) generative AIs.ii) Concrete cases illustrating the legal issues concerning the results generated (outputs) generative AIs.III) Concrete cases illustrating the legal issues of personality rights (image and voice rights) in the context of the use of generative AI systems.

Conclusion: a look back at the issues related to the transparency of training data, the tagging of AI-generated content as well as the place of authors within the creative value chain in the age of AI.
